Responsibilities:
- Provide full lifecycle Operations & Maintenance support.
- Support and maintain enterprise VA applications.
- Perform daily system health checks across all environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance at the Tier 2 level.
O&M Documentation:
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks.
- Create release notes and environment configuration documentation.
- Write troubleshooting guides and knowledge transfer materials.
