Role Overview:
- Own the overall IT integration program for acquired companies.
- Assess technology environments and identify integration priorities, gaps, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate discovery findings into a comprehensive integration strategy with milestones.
- Coordinate across IT functions including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, identity management, and M365.
- Drive technology rationalization decisions and identify cost efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years managing IT programs in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading M&A IT integration initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive reporting experience.
Work Environment:
- Remote role based in the U.S.
