Payer Integration Ownership:
- Lead end-to-end integration of medication data feeds from national and regional payers.
- Design, build, and support direct payer integrations with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, BCBS.
- Act as technical subject matter expert for payer-specific integration requirements.
Business Relationship Management:
- Serve as primary technical and business contact for payer partners.
- Own business and technical relationships with payer partners.
- Partner with payer stakeholders to align on requirements and timelines.
Team Technical Leadership:
- Act as escalation point and mentor for Integration Services Engineers.
- Build team capabilities through knowledge sharing and documentation.
Product Partnership:
- Partner with Product Management to define scalable payer integration capabilities.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable delivery.
