Compensation:
- Base salary of $25,000-$35,000 per year.
- Compensation based on role scope, market benchmarks, expertise, and impact.
Role Focus:
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition for Member Growth (B2C).
- Run campaigns, manage budget pacing, and handle testing and reporting.
- Lower acquisition costs and expand reach to help solve the affordable housing crisis.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operations across paid search, social, mobile, and partner listings.
- Monitor spend pacing, reallocate budgets, and make bid adjustments for efficiency.
- Build campaigns, run A/B tests, and maintain clear documentation of assets.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs.
- Deep platform experience with Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with GA4 or similar tools; experience with AI automation a plus.
