Job Description

This role at LemFi requires a motivated person to grow and acquire new users in the African market. Responsibilities include developing and executing tailored user acquisition strategies, managing online and offline channels, and analyzing campaign performance. Community engagement will require you to work on building a strong user base, participating in local events, and managing community partnerships. Partnership development is key, focused on establishing beneficial collaborations with relevant businesses. In addition, you will need to conduct market research to understand community needs, providing insights to refine LemFi’s offerings. This position requires 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, along with sales, growth, or marketing expertise. The ideal candidate needs to be entrepreneurial, ambitious, have communication skills, and be able to work independently in a remote setting.
