RevOps & GTM Systems Engineer

As Eve's first dedicated GTM Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind how data, tools, and automation power their revenue engine. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to build the systems that fuel growth—from lead routing and scoring to attribution and lifecycle triggers. You’ll be hands-on in CRM and automation tools but also explore how AI can streamline workflows and create leverage across the go-to-market team. You will design and implement scalable GTM systems, workflows, and integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other tools. You'll integrate AI-powered workflows and tools to improve team productivity and pipeline velocity and own the integrity and structure of GTM data across CRM and analytics platforms. The company is looking for someone with 5–7 years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, or data engineering for a SaaS company. Clear communication skills are needed to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
