Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support employees and leaders across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. This role will partner closely with managers located in the U.S., Canada, and other global locations, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment between HR practices, local regulations, and business needs. This role will manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, documentation, and conflict resolution in a fair, objective, and confidential manner. Partner with Global HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Compensation, and Learning & Development to support hiring, onboarding, engagement, retention, and career development initiatives. Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, culture building, and a positive employee experience.
