Associate Onboarding Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with customers and knows the importance of delivering a consistently great experience for our new Comply users. As an Associate Onboarding Manager at Comply, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire Onboarding process. Specific tasks include taking ownership of the onboarding process, identifying project scope, establishing strong relationships, becoming a product expert, monitoring client progress, driving escalation, training new clients, transitioning clients to the Customer Success team, and assisting in special projects.
