Responsibilities:
- Review Code of Conduct reports to determine ticket actionability.
- Create and manage Jira tickets for actionable reports.
- Investigate actionable tickets, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Adept at in-depth platform investigations with decisive conclusions.
- Clear and timely communication of progress and obstacles.
- Ability to communicate complex information to outside teams.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with Reddit.
- Familiarity with Jira and Zendesk.
KPIs:
- Exhibits sound judgment in determining when reports are actionable.
- Completes low to medium complexity investigations in 10-15 minutes.
- Addresses roughly half of the low to medium priority ticket queue weekly.
