What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules.
- Prioritize appointments to ensure alignment with leadership’s top priorities.
- Support, draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage expenses and ensure adherence to expense policies.
- Provide support with technology and office systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates and reminders.
