Simulation Operations Specialist

Overview:

• Air Methods is a leading provider of air medical transport and clinical simulation education.
• This role is critical to supporting simulation-based learning for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute simulation activities, including setup, operation, and teardown of simulators and AV systems.
• Maintain and repair simulation equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the design and implementation of learning experiences and provide pre-briefing and orientation to learners.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred within 4 years.
• 3+ years of healthcare simulation operations experience and basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and experience with CAE and Gaumard simulators.

Work Environment:

• Regular attendance and travel between simulation centers (approximately 50%).
• Comfortable working with cadaveric or animal tissue and adhering to universal precautions.
• Must obtain CHSOS certification within 2 years of hire.
