Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and providing expert advice on best practices. You will identify opportunities for upselling or expanding product offerings within existing accounts, with an emphasis on Billing and Payments customers. You will also be responsible for handling price negotiations and upcoming renewals.
You will manage a portfolio of roughly 200 customers, booking and managing online demos. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiating, and closing opportunities with existing accounts. You will consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team targets, and collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience. The Account Manager collects customer feedback and advocate for their needs with the product team to drive continuous improvement, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, progress, and feedback using CRM tools.
