Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management US Operations

Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic projects from scope through delivery, coordinating teams and resources across operations, IT, finance, and external partners.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets, preparing clear updates and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor internal stakeholders to strengthen project management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of project management experience, Epicor ERP preferred.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and change management; proven track record of delivering full lifecycle projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
