Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full customer support lifecycle, driving CSAT and resolution efficiency through AI.
  • Lead regional support teams across US, Europe, and Hyderabad, fostering a customer-centric culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10–15 years in support or technical services leadership in a global B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record scaling AI-powered support operations and managing cross-functional SLOs.
  • Strong data orientation for building dashboards and translating metrics into strategic decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual base salary range of $225,000–$255,000 USD plus bonus and equity.
