Associate Store Operations Manager

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations of our kiosk locations by helping to manage relationships with our retail partners at the store level, supporting our account managers as they manage at the corporate level, and assisting with administrative and transactional tasks which enable us to expand the strategic nature of our client relationships. Key responsibilities include resolving store/site related issues to maximize kiosk performance, supporting account managers with client and location updates, managing service request and site issue resolution tracking, generating routine reports and dashboards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve account or service issues.
