Responsibilities:

  • Handle initial customer contact for general inquiries such as pricing, products, and deliveries.
  • Act as liaison between customers and European mills; build and maintain business relationships.
  • Perform order entry, inventory management, shipping documentation, and collection of accounts receivables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and write reports and business correspondence.
  • Knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and word processing software.
