Aviation Recruiter

Position Purpose:

• This position assists the high-volume recruitment process by developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies.
• It also grows the recruiting department by sourcing potential employers to build clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the staffing process with clients and applicants while complying with regulations.
• Sources qualified candidates using an applicant tracking system and conducts interviews with hiring teams.
• Develops and maintains relationships with applicants throughout the staffing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive responsibility and business development experience.
• Knowledge of compliance, employment law, and aerospace/aviation industry experience required.
