Job Description
The Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through proactive outreach. This position is responsible for creating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the Sales team by executing targeted outbound campaigns, building relationships with decision-makers, and articulating the value of our solutions.
Key responsibilities include identifying, researching, and engaging potential leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Conducting discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s business and qualifying leads to schedule meetings for Account Executives. The BDR will also collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and track all activities in the CRM.
