Process:
- Manage end-to-end development of projects per business process, ensuring quality from beginning to end.
- Lead daily and weekly production meetings and maintain PM systems of record.
Timelines:
- Craft initial and ongoing project milestones and develop detailed project schedules.
- Ensure all deliverables are met per the schedule.
Budgets:
- Develop detailed staffing plans and ensure deliverables stay within budget.
- Monitor project and campaign budgets weekly and lead reconciliation meetings.
Resources:
- Identify and avert risks, own vendor relationships, and manage internal/external resources.
- Review monthly staffing projections and support training of assistant PMs.
