Responsibilities:
- Act as dedicated Finance Business Partner for global field sales, providing strategic support and analytical insights.
- Review and refine top-line bookings forecast in collaboration with SVP of Sales and SVP of International Sales.
- Lead alignment with revenue operations and corporate FP&A on quarterly forecasts for new and expansion business.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or Tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel; advanced SQL or Alteryx skills strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives for executives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $103,000 - $134,000 plus 15% annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
- Monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 and annual $200 home office reimbursement.
