What You'll Do:
- Own the pharma/life science pipeline end to end: source, qualify, pitch, structure, close, and renew.
- Carry the number and run the sales cycle across medical affairs, brand, market access, and procurement.
- Partner cross-functionally with data, AI, and delivery teams to ensure deals ship.
What We're Looking For:
- Life science fluency with 12+ years in commercial or medical affairs, or selling into pharma.
- Live buyer relationships at VP/Sr-Director level and a personal closing track record of six-to-seven-figure deals.
- Startup-stage adaptability: comfortable sourcing and closing without a built-out commercial org.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $200,000+ and on-target earnings of $285,000 - $315,000.
