Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing denials processes, workflows, and operational practices to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve revenue cycle performance.
- Lead projects from planning through implementation, developing project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with significant denials management hands-on work.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end denials management lifecycle and payer requirements.
- Proven project management experience and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Engagement Details:
- $80 per hour, six-month contract, fully remote.
