Role Summary:
- This role will help set up Radicle’s customer advocacy engine.
- Capture, coordinate, and activate customer stories, referrals, quotes, and proof points to drive adoption.
- Ensure that customer evidence is consistently surfaced and leveraged across the funnel.
Primary Focus Areas:
- Develop and manage customer advocacy and referral programs.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of customer communications.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to activate customer proof.
Experience:
- 2+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or similar GTM role
- Ability to develop and tell compelling stories that drive new business and upsells.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication.
