Role Summary:

  • This role will help set up Radicle’s customer advocacy engine.
  • Capture, coordinate, and activate customer stories, referrals, quotes, and proof points to drive adoption.
  • Ensure that customer evidence is consistently surfaced and leveraged across the funnel.

Primary Focus Areas:

  • Develop and manage customer advocacy and referral programs.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of customer communications.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to activate customer proof.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or similar GTM role
  • Ability to develop and tell compelling stories that drive new business and upsells.
  • Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication.
