Customer Project Manager

In this role, you will independently manage multiple customer projects, including handling escalated and complex cases. You'll own escalations to resolution, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and support teams when needed. Collaboration and alignment are key, so you'll participate in daily huddles and weekly planning sessions to ensure deadlines and ETAs are met. You'll also identify recurring pain points and propose process improvements, documenting changes and tracking their impact, as well as gathering post-project feedback to share with leadership.
