Customer Support Specialist (Russian Speaker)

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a young, passionate and fast-growing team delivering an industry-leading support experience. You'll assist BitMEX users in the Asian time zone through various channels, including Zendesk, Trollbox, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram. You will be required to identify and evaluate customer needs in order to achieve the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Monitor the community for emerging issues and propose improvements. This role involves document checks, close collaboration with internal teams, and updating FAQ documentation. This position may require occasional weekend work.
