Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized Appointment Setter to support our international sales operations. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling calls or demos for our Account Executives. Duties include, but are not limited to: Calling and emailing potential clients in the US and AUS to schedule appointments, following up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals, maintaining an updated calendar of scheduled calls or demos, documenting all communications accurately in CRM, meeting appointment-setting targets, screening leads, and maintaining a prospecting database. The role requires proven experience, excellent English communication skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to work on a graveyard shift, and familiarity with technologies such as CRMs and VoIP.
