Freelance Interview Host - German OR Japanese Speaking (Remote)

M3 manages thousands of online interviews annually and developed QualStage in response to market demands for remote qualitative research. As the business grows, we are seeking a Qualitative Interview Host to assist with the call management of market research studies, ensuring projects complete on time while exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities include being the point of contact for technical platform issues, assessing user support levels, and providing timely assistance. The Interview Host will also prepare respondents, facilitate scheduled interviews, troubleshoot as needed, and support moderator and interpreter trainings prior to project starts. Also includes triaging issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team to improve internal processes.
