As a Talent Sourcer, you will be a key player in our recruitment team. You will proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
