Product Manager - Player Onboarding & Activation

Role Overview:

• Own the end-to-end player onboarding funnel as a critical growth lever in a fast-scaling iGaming ecosystem.
• Optimize the full early user journey from first visit through registration, first deposit, and gameplay.
• Work at the intersection of product, design, marketing, and compliance to ensure seamless user experiences.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze user behavior to identify drop-offs and improve conversion metrics.
• Lead design and optimization of registration and onboarding flows with compliance integration.
• Drive post-launch optimization through continuous monitoring and experimentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience in iGaming, with focus on user journeys and conversion.
• Strong understanding of online casinos, sports betting, or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
