What you will do:
- Prepare Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules, including tie-out and support binder.
- Build out the external reporting calendar, templates, and supporting documentation as we establish the function.
- Own the PBC rollforward and end-to-end management, maintaining visibility for the team and auditors.
Requirements:
- Active CPA license required.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting (Big 4) and preferably in-house SEC reporting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles; hands-on experience with SEC filings and XBRL tagging in Workiva.
