Role Summary:

  • This entry-level Customer Support role is responsible for providing assistance and support for individuals searching for housing and navigating the apartment leasing process.
  • The CSR handles 40+ calls daily, uses customer-centered techniques, and ensures privacy and satisfaction in all interactions.
  • The position requires working Monday–Friday from 7:00 am–6:30 pm CST in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inquiries about services, listings, and leasing requirements, providing information on apartment options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Initiate action for caller requests, communicate needs to proper departments, and conduct follow-up calls for quality and satisfaction.
  • Participate in development and training meetings, adhere to corporate policies, and complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires a combination of education and experience, with one year of customer support or call center experience preferred.
  • Needs good verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills, with CRM or real estate experience as a plus.
