Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic partnership with Workday and its ecosystem across North Asia, including ASEAN and Greater China regions.
- Drive demand, pipeline, and revenue through joint go-to-market motions with Workday and its ecosystem partners.
- Act as the business owner for Workday integrations, partnering with Product and Tech teams to support regional requirements.
Success Metrics:
- Achieve measurable Workday-sourced and Workday-influenced pipeline and revenue across the specified regions.
- Establish a set of active, revenue-generating Workday ecosystem partners contributing to deal velocity.
- Ensure strong adoption and engagement of Workday field GTM motions across ASEAN and Greater China markets.
Candidate Profile:
- Based preferably in Singapore with 7–10+ years of experience in Workday partnerships or alliances roles.
- Possess deep understanding of Workday's field structure and partner ecosystem across North Asia.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of building commercial GTM strategies that drive revenue in diverse regional cultures.
