Director, APAC Partner Operations

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive partner operations strategies aligned with large, complex deal cycles.
• Partner with APAC Partner Sales executive leadership to influence business direction.

APAC Partner GTM Initiatives & Operations Management:

• Oversee APAC partner operational initiatives, including process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Build, document, and maintain operational playbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure partner compliance with agreements and internal controls.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Measurement:

• Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor APAC partner performance.
• Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools to track and improve effectiveness.

Collaboration & Change Management:

• Collaborate with APAC Partner Field GTM teams and Marketing to streamline operations.
• Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices to support partner operations scale.
• Mentor and enable broader operational excellence initiatives.
