Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner operations strategies aligned with large, complex deal cycles.
- Partner with APAC Partner Sales executive leadership to influence business direction.
APAC Partner GTM Initiatives & Operations Management:
- Oversee APAC partner operational initiatives, including process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Build, document, and maintain operational playbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure partner compliance with agreements and internal controls.
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Measurement:
- Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor APAC partner performance.
- Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools to track and improve effectiveness.
Collaboration & Change Management:
- Collaborate with APAC Partner Field GTM teams and Marketing to streamline operations.
- Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices to support partner operations scale.
- Mentor and enable broader operational excellence initiatives.
