We’re looking for a Collections Specialist to work on a commission-only basis, helping us recover outstanding payments from clients. This is a fully remote, flexible role—perfect for a self-starter who thrives on results. Responsibilities include contacting clients via phone, email, or messaging to recover unpaid invoices, maintaining accurate records of communication and payment status and negotiating payment plans when needed. You will also follow up consistently and professionally and report updates and successful recoveries to the team.
