We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as part of our Customer Experience and Business Support team. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and administrative excellence. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and maintaining customer records accurately in the CRM system. Assist in daily operational activities, support the sales and delivery teams by coordinating communication and documentation and prepare administrative documents. Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
