Position Summary:
- Responsible for the success of each prescription from original order to refill within the system.
- Acts as an expert in helping patients use their portal and understand insurance coverage.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Resolves inbound patient requests over phone, text, and email by reviewing order details.
- Reaches out to patients to resolve issues that prevent order processing.
- Partners with operational teams to make prescriptions successful and assists patients with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Requires a passion for helping people and C1 level English proficiency.
- Needs 1+ year of experience in customer service over phones, email, or live chat.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required, and must be ready for a fast-paced, changing environment.
