Founding LATAM & EMEA Growth Marketing Manager

THE ROLE:

• We are hiring a Founding LATAM & EMEA Growth Marketing Manager to launch Oscilar’s presence across Latin America and EMEA from zero.
• You will build the regional growth engine end-to-end: outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, regional events, and local partnerships.
• This is a high-ownership, 0-to-1 role with direct impact on Oscilar’s international expansion.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

• Outbound Campaigns: Build and run multi-touch outbound sequences using Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, and Cargo.
• Paid Acquisition: Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and regional platforms.
• Regional Events & Webinars: Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and field events.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 0-to-1 Growth Marketer with 5–7+ years B2B growth marketing experience.
• Multi-channel operator fluent in modern growth stack (Clay, Outreach, etc.).
• Multilingual and culturally fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
