The Manager of Client Success will lead a team of Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our products and services. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
The Manager of Customer Success will focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and growth by building strong relationships and providing exceptional support. Primary responsibilities include team leadership and development, client relationship management, client success strategy, client advocacy, and feedback.
