Senior Recruiter

This is a full-time remote recruiting role at Agent. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients to understand hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The Recruiter will develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, utilize job boards and applicant tracking systems, and document sourcing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to understand role-specific needs. Initial screenings will evaluate candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with company goals.
