IT Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at City IT, you will play a key role in bridging complex business needs with technology solutions. You’ll work closely with Delivery Leads, Architects, and global cross-functional teams to shape and deliver critical, high-impact projects that evolve and support our business. Our Business Analysts are embedded in cross-functional IT teams and act as trusted partners, ensuring that business goals are clearly defined and successfully delivered. You will be responsible for identifying and understanding the complex needs and wants of the business, colleagues and stakeholders globally. You will then translate the business needs into requirements and share in refinement with the development team; Delivery leads, Architects, Developers and testers. Working with the Delivery lead and Architect you will communicate plans and roadmaps ensuring what has been identified is successfully delivered by defining outcomes and adding value to our stakeholders and colleagues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Business Analysis Practice through the ability to document and future proof our technology and processes at City. Support Business Analysis maturity within the global organization enhancing your Community of Practice.
