Job Description
The Business Development Lead (or Sr. Business Development Manager) is responsible for driving Business-to-Business growth initiatives, such as building strategic relationships with government agencies, universities, Trades services platforms, and Trades enterprises (Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, Electrical) across the U.S.
Responsibilities include sector growth and revenue generation, team leadership and development, market analysis and strategy development, customer engagement, collaboration and reporting, and negotiation and bid management.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management, 5+ years of leadership experience, and experience working with academic institutions and/or government agencies. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential.
