Job Description

You purposefully utilize social networks, databases, our talent pool, and other innovative channels in active sourcing to attract the right employees for Breuninger. You contribute your ideas and expertise to diverse, cross-functional projects, such as employer branding or piloting new recruiting channels, and actively help shape our recruiting strategy. You work closely with colleagues from Human Resources (Business Partners, Talent Management, HR Operations, Payroll) and contribute to an open, appreciative exchange at eye level.
