Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

An overview of this role:

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs advancing enterprise IT strategy.
• Serve as trusted advisor to IT leadership, translating strategy into roadmaps.
• Operate at the intersection of IT, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business operations.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives.
• Define success metrics and report status and risk to ETA leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and improve governance frameworks.

What you'll bring:

• 6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and influence without authority.
• Familiarity with Enterprise IT domains such as data, AI, security, and infrastructure.
