People Success Partner

The People Success Partner provides effective HR operational services and advice to assigned business leaders to support the delivery of Equip’s organizational objectives and outcomes. The People Success Partner helps facilitate day-to-day People operations, provides guidance to leaders on common employee relations and performance topics, and supports the implementation of People programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day guidance and support to front line leaders with regular People needs, resolving routine employee relations issues, partnering with People Operations and People leadership to ensure adherence to internal policies and employment regulations, and contributing to special projects that enhance the employee experience. Continuously building an understanding of Equip’s business goals, teams and culture to effectively support employees and leaders.
