As our People Services (HR) Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations, playing a critical role in supporting our employees throughout their entire journey with the company, from their first day to their last. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic professional with a strong customer service mindset, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Supervisor, People Services.
You will be a trusted resource with a customer-first approach by serving as the first point of contact for employee questions with the goal to provide a positive and helpful experience, guiding them to the right information or resources with clarity and empathy. You will facilitate the entire employee lifecycle, coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to preparing essential employment documents and act as a key liaison between employees and other departments, including Payroll, IT, and Accounts Payable, to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
