Aftermarket Sales Engineer- Marine

This role is focused on driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will actively engage with Marine sector customers to understand their evolving needs, review and enhance the value proposition, and identify new growth opportunities. This position plays a key role in expanding our aftermarket presence by delivering tailored solutions and uncovering untapped potential. Collaboration with our internal service, engineering, and logistics teams is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and regional growth. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing all sales activities within the assigned territory (Europe). A significant part of the role involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure the highest levels of service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
