Job Description

As an IT Technician (Help Desk Support), you play a crucial role in spreading the Wiz magic by providing tier 1 support to all end-users both remotely and in person. Reporting to the Global IT Manager, you'll be a vital part of the broader IT organization, ensuring smooth operations across a diverse range of hardware and software products used by Wizards globally. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to macOS, Windows, Linux, audiovisual systems, office networks, peripherals, and software. You'll also participate in asset management, collaborate with HR for employee lifecycle tasks like onboarding, and maintain detailed documentation. Setting and upholding the highest standards for service desk activities and staying current with company technologies are key to this role.
