How You Can Make a Difference:
- Design, build, and deliver programs to support a distributed workforce.
- Implement strategy through clear norms and virtual experiences.
- Support connection, engagement, and day-to-day effectiveness for remote teammates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute remote teammate experience initiatives based on leadership strategy.
- Create repeatable toolkits and templates for virtual experiences.
- Build and optimize remote work frameworks for collaboration and engagement.
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 7–10 years of experience in People or workplace experience management.
- Hands-on experience supporting a fully remote or distributed organization.
- Experience managing digital workplace or collaboration platforms (Workvivo).
