Job Description

We seek a dynamic Account Manager to own a portfolio of customer relationships across the market in India. This role is focused on driving product adoption, providing strategic guidance, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Youโ€™ll act as a client's partner and advisor, helping them get the most out of Sensor Towerโ€™s platform while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of existing Sensor Tower customers in India, build relationships with key contacts, drive product adoption through onboarding and training, monitor product usage, develop strategic account plans, collaborate with Sales, deliver business reviews, and maintain customer records. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management in the SaaS or B2B technology space.
