Job Description
Solution Architecture:
- Act as a platform generalist with the ability to troubleshoot across products, integrations, and data structures.
- Lead architecture discussions with customers, from technical teams to C-Suite stakeholders.
- Diagnose and solve integration challenges using various technologies like REST, SOAP, and JSON.
Sales & Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the technical expert, providing support when conversations become complex.
- Support long-cycle Public Sector deals, partnering with sales from discovery through solution validation.
- Provide thought leadership on AI-native architecture patterns and workflow automation.
Implementation & Innovation:
- Bring an implementation mindset to explain solution construction.
- Contribute to programs that upskill Solution Consultants.
- Participate in marketing, webinars, and conferences to represent the Public Sector technical brand.
