Job Description

Solution Architecture:

  • Act as a platform generalist with the ability to troubleshoot across products, integrations, and data structures.
  • Lead architecture discussions with customers, from technical teams to C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Diagnose and solve integration challenges using various technologies like REST, SOAP, and JSON.

Sales & Technical Expertise:

  • Serve as the technical expert, providing support when conversations become complex.
  • Support long-cycle Public Sector deals, partnering with sales from discovery through solution validation.
  • Provide thought leadership on AI-native architecture patterns and workflow automation.

Implementation & Innovation:

  • Bring an implementation mindset to explain solution construction.
  • Contribute to programs that upskill Solution Consultants.
  • Participate in marketing, webinars, and conferences to represent the Public Sector technical brand.
